Out for lunch with a friend, you go to a new restaurant and both order the burger of the day. It’s a mystery dish, so neither of you know what the ingredients will be! Embarrassingly, as you wait for it to be served, your stomach rumbles so loudly your friend laughs. Once your meals arrive, you eat. You realize that before lunch you were feeling irritable and having trouble concentrating, but that as you eat you begin to feel much better. You loosen the band of your clothes to feel more comfortable.
